Resin bound surfacing is created when washed, dried and graded natural aggregates or recycled materials such as glass, are mixed with a UV-stable binding resin. The resin coats each and every stone to create the resin bound mixture. This mixture is then laid by hand at a depth of between twelve and eighteen millimetres. The material is hand-finished and power floated in order to produce a surface that is solid and reliable yet perfectly smooth.
